Joi, 2 iulie 2020, Alian\u021ba Interna\u021bional\u0103 pentru Memoria Holocaustului a adoptat urm\u0103toarea declara\u021bie cu privire la reabilitarea persoanelor care au participat la \u00eenf\u0103ptuirea crimelor \u00een perioada Holocaustului.<\/em><\/p>\n

RO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alian\u021ba Interna\u021bional\u0103 pentru Memoria Holocaustului (International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance- IHRA) condamn\u0103 toate \u00eencerc\u0103rile de reabilitare a memoriei persoanelor care au fost complice la crime \u00een perioada Holocaustului \u0219i a genocidului \u00eempotriva romilor.<\/p>\n

\u00cen contextul cre\u0219terii antisemitismului \u0219i a \u00eencerc\u0103rilor de distorsionare a istoriei Holocaustului, IHRA este hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 s\u0103 se adreseze fiec\u0103rui stat membru \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu acest fenomen. \u00cen concordan\u021b\u0103 cu Declara\u021bia Ministerial\u0103 din 2020, IHRA \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 \u201etoate statele \u0219i societ\u0103\u021bile s\u0103 se raporteze la propriul trecut, \u00eentr-un mod deschis, conform documentelor istorice”. Prin urmare, IHRA consider\u0103 imperativ necesar promovarea cercet\u0103rii, a stimul\u0103rii con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii la nivel public \u0219i a responsabilit\u0103\u021bii politice \u00een privin\u021ba procesului de reabilitare.<\/p>\n

\u021a\u0103rile \u00een care a avut loc Holocaustul au luptat \u00eendelung cu provoc\u0103ri precum confruntarea trecutului sau \u00eentreb\u0103ri spinoase ce privesc complicitatea la crimele planificate \u0219i organizate de Germania nazist\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu parteneri \u0219i extremi\u0219ti na\u021bionali\u0219ti sau al\u021bi colaboratori care au participat la crime.<\/p>\n

Aceste evolu\u021bii nu sunt singulare sau specifice unei singure \u021b\u0103ri sau experien\u021be istorice, ci apar \u00een diverse \u021b\u0103ri membre IHRA \u0219i dincolo de acestea, chiar \u00een \u021b\u0103ri care nu au fost afectate \u00een mod direct de Holocaust. Statele trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i asume istoriile na\u021bionale, inclusiv Holocaustul \u0219i experien\u021bele indivizilor care au fost complice la crime.<\/p>\n

IHRA Statement on Rehabilitation, 2 July 2020<\/p>\n

The IHRA condemns all attempts to rehabilitate the reputations of persons who were complicit in the crimes of the Holocaust and the genocide of the Roma.<\/p>\n

Therefore, in light of rising antisemitism and Holocaust distortion, the IHRA is resolved to address the phenomenon of rehabilitation in member countries and across the organization. In the spirit of its 2020 Ministerial Declaration, the IHRA encourages \u201call countries and societies to address their respective pasts by dealing openly and accurately with the historical record.\u201d Therefore, it is imperative for the IHRA to promote research, public awareness, and political responsibility around the issue of rehabilitation.<\/p>\n

The countries affected by the Holocaust have long wrestled with the challenges of confronting the past and with thorny questions surrounding complicity for the crimes planned and carried out by Nazi Germany and those fascist and extreme nationalist partners and other collaborators who participated in these crimes.<\/p>\n

These developments are not unique to any single country or historical experience, and they appear inIHRA member countries and beyond, including in those lands not directly affected by the Holocaust. Countries must engage with their national histories as they pertain to the Holocaust, as well as with the histories of those individuals who were complicit in its crimes.<\/p>\n
